As noted earlier today, Drew McIntyre is set to get a new gimmick soon and the BOK Center is advertising him as “Arrogant Playboy” Drew McIntyre for tomorrow night’s SmackDown tapings. At the same time they have other nicknames for the WWE Superstars like “Man of the People” Ted DiBiase, “Gutsy” Daniel Bryan, “Malevolent” Wade Barrett, “Simply Grand” Natalya, “Vindictive Leader” Hunico and “Twisted and Tormented” Cody Rhodes.

So there is a possibility we might get something similar to “Thee” Drew Galloway in the UK/Irish indies?

That’s what it sounds like to me! I’m okay with this idea, I think it could work well if they let him run with it, considering how well he did it before. But that’s just my opinion. 

There has been talk of giving Drew McIntyre a makeover with his current storyline where he becomes more of an “arrogant playboy.” Despite appearing to have his job in jeopardy, there are no plans to drop Drew from the SmackDown storylines.
